Our Process

How remote delivery works

1

Submit your project online

Fill in a short form — modules needed, source system, record count. Upload your Sage X3 import template. No call required for most projects.

2

Receive a fixed price by email

We review your template and confirm a fixed price and delivery date within 1 business day. You approve, sign a one-page scope agreement, and pay a 50% deposit — all handled remotely.

3

Share data. Receive clean files.

Share your source export via a private Google Drive folder. We do the mapping, cleanup, and validation — then deliver import-ready CSVs and a PDF import guide by the agreed date. Fully async.

Who works with us remotely

ForgeMend serves manufacturers and distributors across the US and Canada who are implementing, upgrading, or cleaning up Sage X3 — regardless of location. Typical clients include:

food and beverage manufacturers, seafood and protein distributors, general manufacturing operations, wholesale distributors, and Sage VARs managing implementation projects.

Data conversion work doesn't require a physical presence. It requires deep expertise in Sage X3 table structures, clear communication, and deliverables that are right the first time. Location has never been a factor in any project we've completed.
